Meditation

Meditation is thé way to relax in an active way. Meditation has a tradition of centuries and knows many traditions. Meditation not only helps for preventing ageing, it also gives a feeling of well-being. People who meditate on a regular basis, with the help of loving, compassionate thoughts, have more activity in the left prefrontal cortex - the area that is associated with happiness, enthousiasm, self~acceptance and compassion with others.

There are no lessons, the sessions are for people who have experience and autonomous practitioners.

Normally, we go outside. There are lovely spots on the Termas itself, or we drive somewhere. In case of rain there is a room available in the old bathhouse.

You can join the daily meditation at 9:00 o´clock. All sessions are autonomous and last one hour. If there is the wish to wake up earlier, and meditate when the world is on its utmost beauty, it is possible.
