It often happens that several young families with young children holliday here at the same time.This usually generates a lot of pleasure,the children play together,parents have peace and quiet to read a book on the terrace or join each other for a chat or a drink. Sometimes they visit the beach together or take each others children with them giving the other parents time to themselves.
Parents have commented: 'It's nice to have time to ourselves, to see the children enjoying themselves, and maybe even read a boek in one go!'
The children have no time to become bored. They are much to busy catching shrimps, playing games, building huts, visiting the old stone works and enjoying the adventures children make up.
We would like to encourage these sort of holidays and have developed a 'chidrens patio' for children in the age under and around 6 years. There is sand and clay to play with, ropes to climb and a small swimming pool. Up on the hill they can play as well. (2,5 ha. of wild terrain and almost no restrictions.)
For several weeks in the summer we are offering the chance for several famillies to enjoy this sort of holiday. This will be in the weeks from Saturday July 8th to Saturday August 19th. There are 4 appartments available suitable for 2 parents with 2 children. If your familly is bigger there is room in the appartments to add extra beds. Childrens chairs, potties, baby baths are all available.
Included in the Family Week
- a welcome drink on the day of arrival;
- activities for the children
(These can vary from following trails, a dropping, a games afternoon or evening or baking pizzas. Activities will be decided on the day to suite the ages of the children..
Extra service
- A babysitter can be arranged if you make the request a day in advance (Dutch, English, Portugees speaking). This service costs € 10,- / hour.
- A Peugeot 206 can be rented for euro 25 per day, not including fuel.
You can reserve the car when you book your holiday.
You will stay in a family-appartment. There are photos of the appartments which you can view by clicking onto "Accommodation".
Price: for a basic-arrangement € 530,-. This means the package as mentioned above and the accommodation.
Besides that you can choose for a package with half-board (breakfast and a three-course-dinner).
Prices for half-board per week:
€ 35,- for 1 child up to 6 years old
€ 70,- for 1 child between 6 - 12 years old
€ 105,- from 12 years old
The total-price of your arrangement + half-board depends on the composition of your family.
